I don't think they're out there, to the best of my knowledge.  If they were, they'd most likely be here:

Good luck, let me know if you find 'em.
I disappear for months at a time.

I think the language barrier is keeping us from understanding his request easily, but I think he's asking if someone will make these missing tracks.

Sandbox is a free utility that lets you build tracks of all types.

When Davey Allison went to heaven, he was met at the gate by Alan Kulwicki.  Behind Alan, Davey could see the #7 and #28 cars.  Alan said "Man this place is great.  The cars are setup perfect!"  Then Davey saw the #3 car and exclaimed  "Oh No!  Not Dale too!"  Alan said "No, THAT'S the car God races

Alot of us track makers are at a point where any request for a track gets that response.  It's a very involved process and can be as frustrating as building a real track.  Many track makers don't take requests simply for that reason.  In my UPDATE of Kentucky Speedway I already have 4 months in just fixing things and making it work correctly, and that's not even a scratch build.  I know a track that has been in production since 2004 and is still not right or completed.

for Daytona 88, you will need to copy the nr2003 daytona track data file into the Daytona 88 track folder...then rename it to the exact same file name and overwrite...it should work.
