As twelve Earthscapes Truck Series teams rolled into Kansas, could anyone end Allen Ebert's two race winning streak? Only after 54 laps on the mile and a half would they know.
Bryan Dehn and Si Upton would lead the field to green and the action started immediately. Dehn jumped out front pulling Travis Wright into second. But Wright would find early trouble getting a slight tap from Luc Le Brun coming off turn two. The yellow was never displayed, but Wright's was finished as racing continued. |

A small field of ten trucks took to the "Magic Mile" to battle it out and see who would end up on top. Shawn Musick would lead the pack to green after posting the quickest time during qualifying followed by Robert Liedel III, Chris Sullivan, Adam Maxwell, and Rick Underwood.
This got interesting early as Liedel lost third gear on the start and jumbled the field going into turn one. Things straightened out and then Liedel would bring out the first caution on lap two when he spun going into turn three. Allen Ebert, Kieth Joseph, Michael Fortune and Liedel would pit under this caution and rejoin the race.

Fifteen trucks showed up for the sixth event of the Earthscapes Trucks and the field was a tight one after the first practice. When qualifying was over, Travis Wright won his second pole of the season with Robert Liedel III starting along side in second. Chris Foster, Si Upton, and Stephen Sferazo rounded out the top five.
When the green flag dropped, Wright shot out front and led until lap five when the caution came out when Liedel, who had dropped back, got into Luc LeBrun going into turn three. After pit stops, Dereck Lacey took the point for the restart.
